The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance - U.S. and Texas Flag - Chaplain G.H. Consider and take action on agenda items 3-16: Proclamation 16-024 150th Anniversary of the Allen Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church Vol. a _ Pg.- ��� The Court approved Proclamation 16-024 recognizing July 3, 2016 as the 150th Anniversary of the Allen Chapel Methodist Episcopal Church, The Court expresses their esteem and best wishes to the members of the congregation for their commitment and Christian contributions to our community. Budget Amendments FY 15/16 38.1 -38.6 Judge Peters stated his recommendation to not approve Budget Amendment 38.3 because the County has a contract with a shredding company. A motion was made by Commissioner Catalena to approve all the budget amendments except 38.3. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Wassermann and passed unanimously. 38.1 - Reallocate funds for Juvenile - Detention. 38.2- Reallocate funds for Juvenile -Academy. 38.3- Reallocate funds for Constable, Precinct 4. 38.4- Reallocate funds for Expo Complex. 38.5- Reallocate funds for Constable, Precinct 4. 38.6- Transfer of funds from General Fund Contingency to Juvenile. Sheriff's report on inmate population. Sheriff Chris Kirk stated there were 658 inmates in jail, 47 have electronic monitors and 11 are pending for monitors. 19. Announcement of interest items and possible future agenda topics. The County Engineer Alan Munger announced that a notice will be published regarding Subdivision Regulations changes. Mr. Munger said that a notice will be placed on the Road and Bridge Department web page and a notice will be placed in The Bryan/College Station Eagle newspaper. 20.
