9, 2016 AT 5:05 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM

TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.

Brazos County invites all citizens to a public hearing at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Brazos
County Administration Building, 200 S Texas Ave, Suite 106, Bryan, TX 77803, to review performance
and obtain comments re,Wrdtng its 2013 Texas CDBG-TCF Program Community Development Contract
713032. Disabled persons or those who require auxiliary aids or services who wish to attend this meeting
should contact the Judge's Office, (979) 361-4102 at least two days before the meeting to make
arrangements.

BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing at the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday,
February 9, 2016, with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to review performance and obtain comments regarding its
2013 Texas CDBG-TCF Program Community Development Contract 713032.
The County Judge called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. and invited others to speak.
Martha Drake with Grant Works explained that the reason for a Public Hearing was to
give the Court a final review of the grant. Ms. Drake stated that Axis Pipe and Tube was
required by the contract to build a plant, construct a road, and create jobs. All three of
those requirements have been met. She went on to explain that Brazos County received
one hundred percent of the grant for the infrastructure. There have been no complaints
filed against the contractors and the contract will be closing three months early.

There being no further comments, the hearing was adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Public Hearing held February 9,
2016, have been examined and are approved in open Court this the 5kday of
2016, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
