1. Call to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071 to consult with
attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governing body under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this
chapter.
3. Consider and possible action on Executive Session.
4. Adjourn.

A special called session of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held
in Suite 332 of the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2015 with the following
members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding,
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2,
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3,
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071 to consult with
attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governing body under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this
chapter.
The County Judge announced at 9:05 a.m. that the Court would convene into Executive
Session pursuant to Section 551.071 as stated above.
