County Officials.

A Special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was helc
in Suite 332 of the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 with
the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Candy Gallego, Executive Assitant to the Commissioners Court was also present.
Official Canvass of the results of the General Election held on Tuesday, November 4,
2014 to elect Federal, State, and County Officials.

The Court proceeded to canvass the results of the General Election held November 4,
2014. The County Judge read aloud the vote count for each. On motion by
Commissioner Cauley, seconded by Commissioner Catalena, the Court voted

unanimously to accept as true the county -wide totals as tabulated by the
County's automated tabulating equipment and ordered the results to be certified to the
Secretary of State and recorded in the Official Election Records of Brazos County. A
copy of the election results as tabulated is attached hereto.
