IV6 0��K` BRAZOS COUNTY BRYANJEXAS MINUTES July 7, 2014 BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WORKSHOP SESSION Minutes Call To Order. 0 File Stamoed Aaenda.odf 69 Sian in sheet.0 The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in the Large Training Rom, Maxwell Building 205 East 27th Street in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2014 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; IrmaCauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4; KarenMcQueen, County Clerk, Absent. Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance. Discussions regarding county justice software. The Commissioner's Court met to discuss the county justice software. The County Judge called the meeting to order and turned the floor over to Eric Caldwell, Chief Information Officer who gave an update on the status of the issue with AMCAD. Mr. Caldwell informed those in attendance that there was a very short time frame in Vol. 204 Pg. 17Z� which to choose another vendor. Odyssey was discussed as a possible vendor. Marc Hamlin, District Clerk asked if there was a thought given to us developing our own software. Mr. Caldwell replied that his department could not do it within the short time frame. Maybe within 4 -5 years they could develop it themselves and have it developed for next time. Mr. Caldwell was asked what his recommendation is and he said that he would not make any recommendation because the selection committee needed to make that decision. 3. Adjourn. Vol. 204 Pg.
