P� Sienature Paae.pdf IS' File Stamped Aaenda.pdf ._'. -' Sian in sheet.pdf A Workshop meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Budget Conference Room in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2014 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Late; Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent. The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. 2. Discussions regarding necessary revisions to Brazos County Subdivision Regulations. ll' Back up.pdf The County Judge opened the Workshop and introduced Veronica Morgan of Mitchell & Morgan who then led the discussion on Subdivision Regulations. Vol. 201 Pg. 176 Ms. Morgan gave a Power Point presentation outlining the issues, street types, public vs private streets, proposed street types, pavement design, pavement damage, and a traffic impact analysis. Ms. Natalie Ruiz, with the IPS Group spoke on the subject. Ms. Kerry Pillow, with Mitchell & Morgan asked for input from the Commissioners on fees charged for services. The discussion turned to the following: Mailboxes - The consensus of the Road & Bridge department is that brick mailboxes should not be allowed any longer. Driveway Permits Streets - Types, pavement designs, pavement damage, requiring TIA's Gated Communities in the County - Commissioner Mallard doesn't like them because he said people get tired of it. Ms. Morgan informed the Court that Mitchell & Morgan will create a draft of the regulations incorporating ideas leaned from today's discussion. She expressed the need for another Workshop soon. 3.
