BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2014 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE BUDGET
CONFERENCE ROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 S.
TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 1e, BRYAN, TEXAS.

The Brazos County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
a Application for Operation of a salvage yard by Maldonado's Auto Salvage located at 27090 State
Hwy. 6 South, Navasota, TX 77868.
The public hearing will be held in the Budget Conference Room on the third floor of the
Administrative Building, 200 South Texas Ave., Suite 339 located at the intersection of South Texas
Avenue and 28th Street.
Interested parties are invited to speak for or against approval of the application and conditions to be
imposed on the location. For additional information please contact the Road and Bridge Department at
(979) 822 -2127.

A Public Hearing of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
Brazos County Judge's Budget Room in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2014
with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance.
The Brazos County Commissioners Court met to hold a public hearing on the following:
. Application for Operation of a salvage yard by Maldonado's Auto Salvage located
at 27090 State Hwy. 6 South, Navasota, TX 77868.
The County Judge opened the hearing and then called on the County Engineer, Alan
Munger to give his report.
Mr. Munger stated that everything looked to be in order for this salvage yard. The yard

was surrounded by the correct type of fencing and the business is insured. He said
there was no cause for denial.
There being no citizens present wishing to speak for or against the application for
salvage yard, the County Judge adjorned the public hearing.

have been examined and are approved in open Court this the V1 day of
