Signature Page-pdf File Stamped Agenda.odf 1 Sian in sheet.pdf A Workshop meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2014 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent. The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. Discussions regarding violations and fines for Commercial Motor Vehicles in Brazos County. C Item 2.pdf The Commissioner's Court met to discuss violations and fines for commercial motor Vol. 198 Pg. vehicles in Brazos County. Department of Public Safety Trooper Tommy Lyons, Jr. gave a presentation to the Court. He listed options for paying fines with credit cards and asked that the Judge's letter that is handed out with the citation list Brazos County's steps for paying with a credit card. Since paying on line is not set up yet, this will facilitate making payment. Also needed in the letter is a range of fines for each offense and weight regulations. Next he discussed issues that the Justices of Peace are having fitting some offenses into the software. He suggested that we ask IT to add all the necessary offense codes to the current software. 3.
