THE BRAZOS COUNTY JUDGE/COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A
PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2013 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
The County Judge will hear comments on the Application of Two Tone Entertainment LLC for a Mass
Gathering Permit. The event named in this permit application is scheduled to take place on November
17, 2013 at the Texas World Speedway. The purpose of the event is the Second Annual Hullabalooza
Festival. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against this Application for a Mass Gathering Permit.
The Commissioners. Courtroom of the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Ave., Suite 106, Bryan, TX 77803 is wheelchair aooesslble.

A Public Hearing of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5,
2013 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance.
The Court met to hear commentary for and against the application submitted by Two
Tone Entertainment LLC for a mass gathering permit for an event to be held at Texas
World Speedway.
The County Judge opened the public hearing and turned the floor over to Tom Bunch
with Two Tone Entertainment who was present to answer questions. He said that they
had downsized the original application. They were setting up for 7,500 people but were
only expecting 3,500 to 5,000 to attend. Paperwork has been submitted to the Sheriff's

office and all other pertinent parties. He said all details have been worked out and
concerns such as noise have been addressed to limit the complaints from neighbors.
There were no citizens present wishing to speak for or against this issue.The County
Judge stated that once he receives the information on the changes discussed since the
original application was submitted, he will sign the order to permit the event.
There being no further commentary, the County Judge closed the public hearing.
