Vol __171 P 0?- A Kli 7 u 7 > GrY o F Ia % I- BRAZOS COUNTY BRYANJEXAS MINUTES November 16, 2012 BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT SPECIAL CALLED SESSION Minutes Call To Order. 09 Signature Paae.pdf L>a File Stamped Aaenda.pdf E Sian in sheet.pdf A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in Suite 332 of the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent; KennyMallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent; IrmaCauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent; KarenMcQueen, County Clerk. The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. 2. Official Canvass of the results of the General Election held on Tuesday November 6, 2012 to elect Federal, State, and County Officials. lb Item 2.pdf The Court proceeded to canvas the results of the General Election, held November 6, 2012. The County Judge read aloud the races and vote count for each. The Court voted Vol r-g unanimously to accept as true the county -wide totals as tabulated by the County's automated tabulating equipment and ordered the results to be certified to the Secretary of State and recorded in the Official Election Records of Brazos County. A copy of the election results as tabulated is attached hereto. Motion: Approve, Moved by Commissioner LLoyd Wassermann, Seconded by County Judge Duane Peters. Passed. 2 -0. Members voting Aye: Peters, Wassermann . Members Absent: Catalena , Cauley, , Mallard . 3. Adjourn.
