BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER. 6, 2012 AT 10:30 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTOOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS
THE COURT WILL HEAR COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED TAX INCREASE FOR'2012.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND SAID HEARING AND PRESENT
THEIR_ CAUSE, IF ANY,, FOR OR AGAINST THE TAX INCREASE FOR 2012.
The Brazos County Administration. Building Is wheelchair accessible. Mardicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign Interpretive services

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing at the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on
Thursday, September 6, 2012, with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann , Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, , Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen , County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance.
The County Judge opened the public hearing at 10:30 a.m. and announced that the
purpose is to hear commentary on the proposed tax increase for 2012. He then invited
all interested parties to speak.
The County Judge then announced that the vote on the tax rate would take place on
Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom.
There being no persons present wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed at
10:45 a.m.
