1. Call To Order.

A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held
in the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building,
200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 332 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 with the following members of the Court
present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
IrmaCauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Judge Peters called the Special Called Session to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.072 for deliberations about real
property.
At 1:33 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting closed to the public so that the
Court could meet in Closed Executive Session to discuss real property and asked the
following individuals to stay for the meeting:
