BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL
CALLED SESSION AS FOLLOWS:
MEETING DATE: August 3, 2011
MEETING TIME: 3:00 PM
MEETING PLACE: 200 S. Texas Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, Texas
Agenda
1. Call to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074 to discuss
the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of
the position of Brazos County Engineer.
3. Consider and take action on Executive Session.
4. Adjourn.
The 200 B. Texas Avenue, Suhe 338, Bryan, Texas is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Special Called Session in the
Brazos County Administration Building, Suite 332 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074 to discuss
the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of
the position of Brazos County Engineer.
At 3:10 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting closed to the public. R. Allen
Munger, Gary Arnold and Jon Jones were asked to stay for the Executive Session.
2. Consider and take action on Executive Session.
At 4:10 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open to the public and announced
that no action would be taken on the Closed Executive Session.
3. Adjourn.
