the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of
the position of Brazos County Engineer.
3, Consider and take action on Executive Session.
4. Adjourn.

SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
Minutes
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in room
332 of the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 with the following
members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074 to
discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or
dismissal of the position of Brazos County Engineer.
At 2:30 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting closed and asked that Gary
Arnold, Jon Jones and David Bruno attend.
2. Consider and take action on Executive Session.
At 3:10 p.m. the County Judge opened the meeting to the public and announced that no
action would be taken on the Executive Session.
3. Adjourn.
