BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing in the Commissioners
Courtroom of the Brazos County Administration Building, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning
at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
LloydWassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
IrmaCauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
KarenMcQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance.
COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONSIDER A PLAN FOR THE COUNTY CLERK ARCHIVAL
FUND, AND HEAR COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED PLAN. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE
INVITED TO ATTEND SAID HEARING AND PRESENT THEIR CAUSE, IF ANY, FOR OR AGAINST
THE PROPOSED PLAN.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments on the proposed plan for the County Clerk
Archival Fund.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and turned the floor over to Karen McQueen,
County Clerk. Ms. McQueen explained that the plan was working and that she had gotten
good feedback from the public on the documents offered online. Also that the office collects on
average about $12,000 per month in the Archival Fund. She asked the Commissioners Court to
approve the plan at the next regular meeting.
There was no public present to offer comment for or against the plan.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Public
Hearing held July 26, 2011 have been examined and are
approved in open Court this the day of
