Sid Falk representative of Bickerstaff, Heath, Delgado Acosta LLP discussed Plans "D" and "E ". Both of these plans leave Arena Hall and the Administration Building in Precinct 2. Also discussed was a slight deviation to Plan "E" which seems to be the one that pleased the Court most. This plan will be titled Draft Plan "F" or Illustrative Plan 1. There willl be a Public Hearing scheduled soon on this plan. 2.
