The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in the
Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Place 2 Courtroom in the Brazos County Administration
Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13,
2011 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance.
Presentation by redistricting counsel of draft redistricting plans, and discussion.

Syd Falk, representative of Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP gave an overview of

the redistricting process. He then went over three (3) different draft plans with the Court.

Mr. Falk then discussed the plans in detail. Plan "C" leaves the Texas A &M campus in
Precinct 3. Plan "B" takes Arena Hall out of Precinct 2 and puts it into Precinct 4. The
Court then discussed an optional or additional Plan "D" that Mr. Falk will draw up and
submit to the Court for consideration.
