THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2011 AT 10:00 A.M. AT THE BRAZOS COUNTY
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 332,
BRYAN, TEXAS 77803.
1. Call to order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 to discuss personnel
matters pertaining to the Purchasing Agent.
3. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
The Brazos County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive

SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
Minutes
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in County
Judge's conference room in the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2011 with the
following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance.
1. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters
pertaining to the Purchasing Agent.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then at 10:03 a.m. announced the meeting
closed to the public so that the Court could convene into Executive Session pursuant to
Section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters pertaining to the Purchasing Agent. Charles
Wendt, Purchasing Dept., Candy Gallego, Executive Assistant, Gayle Bond, Administrative
Assistant, Jennifer Salazar, Director of Human Resources and Ruth McLeod, Administrative
Assistant were asked to stay for the Executive Session.
2. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
At 11:30 a.m. the County Judge opened the meeting to the public and announced no action
would be taken on the Executive Session.
3. Adjourn.
