BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT

THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A
PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 22, 2011 AT 4:30P.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas will hold a Public Hearing in accordance with
Chapter 232 Vernon's Texas Code to consider the Re -Plat of Cedar Oaks Estates, Lot 5, 5 Acres
into Lot 5R -1 and Lot 5R -2 (Brazos County Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section D) in
Precinct 2.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against the Re -Plat of Cedar Oaks Estates, Lot 5, 5 Acres in Precinct 2.
The Brazos County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request tor sign interpretive
services must be made two working days before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 361 -4102.

BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing at the Brazos
County Administration Building, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 4:30.m. on
Tuesday, February 22, 2011, with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann , Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley , Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen , County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in attendance.
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas will hold a Public Hearing in accordance
with Chapter 232 Vernon's Texas Code to consider the Re -Plat of Cedar Oaks Estates, Lot 5,
5 Acres into Lot 5R -1 and Lot 5R -2 (Brazos County Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section
D) in Precinct 2. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their
cause, if any, for or against the Re -Plat of Cedar Oaks Estates, Lot 5, 5 Acres in Precinct 2.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for and against the the re -plat of
Cedar Oaks Estates, Lot 5, 5.759 Acres into Lot 5R -1 and Lot 5R -2 in Precinct 2.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and invited others to speak.
There being no citizens present to speak, the County Judge closed the Public Hearing.
