NOTICE OF MEETING
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
Commissioners Court will meet in EMERGENCY SESSION pursuant to
Texas Government Code 551.045 for Emergency or reasonably
unforeseeable situation.
MEETING DATE: November 16, 2010
MEETING TIME: 4:15 PM
MEETING 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 106, Bryan, Texas
PLACE: 77803.
1. Call to order.
2 Authorizing the expenditure of not more than $15,000.00 to repair the gate at the Road and Bridge
Department to secure the fuel tanks, fuel pumps, road maintenance equipment and supplies.
The 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 106, Bryan, Texas 77803. is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request
for sign interpretive services must be made two working days before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 361 -4102.

NOTICE OF MEETING
Minutes
An Emergency Session of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in
the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building, 200 South
Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 16, 2010 with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
IrmaCauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance.
Judge Randy Sims called the meeting to order.
Authorizing the expenditure of not more than $15.000.00 to repair the gate at the Road and Bridge
Department to secure the fuel tanks. fuel pumps. road maintenance equipment and supplies.
Motion: Approve , Moved by Commissioner Duane Peters, Seconded by Commissioner
Kenny Mallard. Passed. 5 -0. Members voting Aye: Cauley , Mallard , Peters , Sims ,
Wasserman .
