THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON TUESDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2010 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS
AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS
In accordance with Chapter 232, Vemon's Texas Code, the Commissioners Court will hold a
Public Hearing to consider the re- subdivision of 7 -11 Ranch, Phase I, Lot 47, 6.5 acres (Brazos
County Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section D). This site is located in Precinct 1.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against the re- subdivision of 7 -11 Ranch, Phase I, Lot 47, 6.5 acres located in Precinct 1.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 361 -4102.

BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 310 in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Present; Presiding
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley , Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance
In accordance with Chapter 232. Vernon's Texas Code. the Commissioners Court will hold a Public Hearing to consider
the re- subdivision of 7 -11 Ranch, Phase!, Lot 47. 6.5 acres (Brazos County Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section
D) in Precinct 1.AII Interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or against
the re- subdivision of 7 -11 Ranch, Phase I, Lot 47, 6.5 acres in Precinct 1.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or against the re- subdivision of 7 -11
Ranch, Phase I, Lot 47, 6.5 acres located in Precinct 1 in accordance with Brazos County
Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section D.
There were no citizens present to speak for or against the re- subdivision.
There being no further comment, the County Judge declared the Public Hearing closed.
