WORKSHOP MEETING
Minutes
A Work Shop meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
County Judge's Conference Room in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue,
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2010
with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Present, Absent;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Presiding
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance are as follows:

1. Follow -up discussion regarding the Pharmacy Benefit Manager audit, and
recommendations for how the County should proceed in this area.
Patrick Carr was present via telepnone for Mike Sammons. He spoke on average
wholesale prices, maximum allowable prices, mail general dispensing rate, retail general
dispensing rate and the three tiers of copay pricing.
