1. Discussion regarding the results of the Pharrmacy Benefit Manager audit, and
recommendations for who the County should select as the new Pharmacy Benefit
Manager.
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretative

Minutes
A Work Shop meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
County Judge's Conference Room in the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2010 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Present, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance
1. Discussion regarding the results of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager audit, and
recommendations for who the County should select as the new Pharmacy Benefit Manager.
Michael Sammons led the discussion going over discount prices, discount rates, dispensing
fees, rebates and maximum allowable cost figures comparing and analyzing them for different
insurance companies. He indicated that more information would be forthcoming on Monday,
November 1, 2010 after further calculations.
Commissioner Cauley then asked Mr. James Killingsworth, Pharmacist at Village Foods to
give the Court his thoughts on the subject. Mr. Killingsworth went into the history of drugs,
insurance, discount problems and corruption with pharmacy drugs.
