BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
TUESDAY 31 AUGUST 2010
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON TUESDAY 31 AUGUST 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS
AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS
In accordance with Chapter 232, Vernon's Texas Code, the Commissioners Court will hold a
Public Hearing to consider the re- subdivision of Lake Millican Estates, Lot 3, 4.76 acres (Brazos
County Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section D). This site is located in Precinct 1.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against the re- subdivision of Lake Millican Estates, Lot 3, 4.76 acres located in Precinct 1.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 361 A IO2.

PUBLIC HEARING
AUGUST 31, 2010
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing at the Brazos County Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
August 31, 2010, with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or
against the re- subdivision of Lake Millican Estates, Lot 3,
4.76 acres located in Precinct 1. There were no citizens
present to speak for or against the re- subdivision. Gary
Arnold, representative of the Road and Bridge Department and
Commissioner Wassermann both recommended the re- subdivision.
There being no further comment, the County Judge declared
the Public
hearing
closed.
