WORKSHOP SESSION
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP
SESSION ON MONDAY 30 AUGUST 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. WITH THE CITY OF BRYAN
AND BRYAN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DISCUSS REDISTRICTING. THIS
MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ASSEMBLY ROOM 2 OF THE BRAZOS CENTER, 3232
BRIARCREST DRIVE, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call To Order
2. Presentation by representatives from Bickerstaff, Heath, Delgado, Acosta, LLP regarding
Redistricting.
3. Adjourn.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
AUGUST 30, 2010
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session at the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive,
Bryan, Texas with the City of Bryan and Bryan Independent
School District on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The County Judge opened the meeting and then turned it
over to David Mendez representative of Bickerstaff, Heath,
Delgado, Acosta LLP. Mr. Mendez then introduced Sherry
McCall, GIS Tech and Betty Brown, a paralegal. He spoke on
the upcoming redistricting of the county outlining the process
and demonstrated new software that will be used this time for
the redistricting

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court workshop
held August 30, 2010, have been examined and approved in open
