BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
FRIDAY 27 AUGUST 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call To Order.
2. Presentation of the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2011.
3. Establish the date and time for a Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year
2011.
4. Adjourn.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 27, 2010
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday,
August 27, 2010 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to present the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2011.
The proposed budget will be posted on the website this
afternoon and is filed with the County Clerk.
The County Judge then moved to establish the date and
time for the public hearing to hear commentary on the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2011 for Monday, September 13, 2010 at
10:00 a.m.

Commissioner Cauley and carried unanimously.
The County Judge then went through the power point
presentation on the budget.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
