WORKSHOP SESSION ON TUESDAY 24 AUGUST 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION

WORKSHOP SESSION
AUGUST 24, 2010
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met with representatives of the
City of Bryan regarding donation of County property at the
intersection of Waco Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard
in support of the City of Bryan capital improvement projects
to improve the pedestrian and traffic safety at this
intersection. Commissioner Cauley asked for a meeting with
Mr. Paul Kaspar, representative of the City of Bryan to
discuss the project since it is in Precinct 4. The County
Judge then said after Commissioner Cauley's meeting with Mr.
Kaspar, if Commissioner Cauley will let him know, he will then

have the item put on the agenda of the next Commissioners
Court meeting.
