THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
THURSDAY 15 JULY 2010 AT 3:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call To Order.
2. Consideration and possible action on proposed changes to the Juvenile portion of the
Indigent Defense Plan for Brazos County.
3. Adjourn.
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap puking spaces are available. Any request for sign

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 15, 2010
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on
Thursday, July 15, 2010 with the following members of the
Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Absent;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Presiding;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
Commissioner Peters called the meeting to order and
informed the Court that action was not needed by the
Commissioners only the Juvenile Board and the County Judge. He
then adjourned the meeting.

July 15, 2010 have been examined and are approved in open
