NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON FRIDAY 18 JUNE 2010 AT 3:30 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS
AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
THE COURT WILL CONSIDER A PLAN FOR THE DISTRICT CLERK ARCHIVAL FUND,
AND HEAR COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED PLAN.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND SAID HEARING AND
PRESENT THEIR CAUSE, IF ANY, FOR OR AGAINST THE PROPOSED PLAN.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
JUNE 18, 2010
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing at the Brazos County Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 3:30 a.m. on Friday, June
18, 2010, with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Absent;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Presiding;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary on a plan
for the District Clerk Archival Fund. Marc Hamlin, District
Clerk explained that a hearing must be held each year to
continue the collection of the archival fees.
Sammy Catalina, Commissioner Precinct 2 Elect asked if
there were restrictions on the use of the funds. He was told
there were and how they could be used.
There being no further comments, Commissioner Peters
declared the Public hearing closed.
