BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF BRAZOS COUNTY WILL CONVENE INTO
EXECUTIVE SESSION ON 25 MARCH 2010 AT 9:00 A.M. AT THE CONSTRUCTION
SITE FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY DETENTION CENTER,
1835 SANDY POINT ROAD, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.476 of the Texas Government Code
for deliberation regarding the deployment and implementation of security devices
and/or personnel for expansion of the Brazos County Detention Center, and tour of the
expansion site.
3. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
4. Adjourn.
The Brazos County Detention Center is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
interpretive services must be made two working days before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 3614102.

SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 25, 2010
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held at the construction site for the
expansion of the Brazos County Detention Center, 1835 Sandy
Point Road, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00
a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010 with the following members of
the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to convene into Executive Session pursuant to
§551.076 of the Texas Government Code for deliberation
concerning the deployment and implementation of security
devices and /or personnel for expansion of the Brazos County
Detention Center, and tour of the expansion site.
At 10:17a.m. the County Judge opened the meeting and
declared that no action would be taken on the Executive
Session.

There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
