WORKSHOP SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF BRAZOS COUNTY WILL MEET IN A
WORKSHOP SESSION ON TUESDAY 9 MARCH 2010 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE
COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order
2. Discussion regarding the new Agenda Management System, and proposed changes in
procedures and deadlines for the submission of agenda items.
3. Adjourn
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
MARCH 9, 2010
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met to discuss the new
Electronic Agenda Management System and proposed changes in
procedures and deadlines for the submission of agenda items.
Leslie Williams Senior Buyer addressed the Court first about
what would be discussed. She then stressed setting deadlines
and sticking to them. The next speaker was Jay Vickers of
NovuSclutions who demonstrated the software to the Court.
