BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF BRAZOS COUNTY WILL MEET IN A
WORKSHOP SESSION ON TUESDAY 15 DECEMBER 2009 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order
2. Consideration of an alternate site for the Sale of Real Property Under Contract Lien
during the renovation of the Brazos County Courthouse, pursuant to Section 51.002 of
the Texas Property Code.
3. Adjourn
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

WORKSHOP SESSION
DECEMBER 15, 2009
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met to consider an alternate
site for the sale of real property under contract lien during
the renovation of the Brazos County Courthouse, pursuant to
Section 51.002 of the Texas Property Code.
The members of the Court discussed using the Atrium area
of the Brazos County Administration Building.
