BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF BRAZOS COUNTY WILL MEET IN A
WORKSHOP SESSION ON THURSDAY 22 OCTOBER 2009 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order.
2. Discussion with representatives from Main Street Insurance Group regarding the results
of their analysis of the County's Deferred Compensation Program.
3. Adjourn.
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

WORKSHOP SESSION
OCTOBER 22, 2009
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2009 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met to discuss with
representatives from Main Street Insurance Group to hear the
results of their analysis of the County's Deferred
Compensation Program. Jenna Gregory and Dee Van Schoick, Jr.
representatives of Main Street Insurance Group addressed the
Court. They said it would be much better for the County to go
to one vendor rather than have several as it has now. This
would be less confusing to the employees and there would be
less cost to them too.
