BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
29 SEPTEMBER 2009
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON TUESDAY 29 SEPTEMBER 2009 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING,
200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS
In accordance with Chapter 232.008(c) of the Local Government Code, the Commissioners
Court will hold a Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of a subdivision called Unit No. 2
of Woodville Acres and consisting of Lots 1-8, Block 20 and that portion of Shirley Drive - 60
feet of right-of-way adjoining Block 20, and that portion of Claudia Street adjoining Block 20
and contained withi/9q~~1the 4.00 acre description recorded in volume 2664, Page 222` The site is

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against the abandonment of a subdivision called Unit No. 2 of Woodville Acres located in
Precinct?,-
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap puking spaces are available. Any request for sign

PUBLIC HEARING
SEPTEMBER 29, 2009
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The County Judge opened the Public Hearing at 10:16 a.m.
The purpose of the hearing was to hear commentary for or
against the abandonment of a subdivision called Unit No. 2 of
Woodville Acres and consisting of Lots 1-8, Block 20 and that
portion of Shirley Drive-60 feet of right-of-way adjoining
Block 20, and that portion of Claudia Street adjoining Block
20 and contained within the 4.00 acre description recorded in
Volume 2664, Page 222 of the Official Records. The site is
located in Precinct 2. This was plated in 1951 and sold as
tract property. There being no one from the public to offer

commentary for or against the abandonment of the subdivision,
the County Judge declared the public hearing closed at 10:18
a.m.
