NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING ON WEDNESDAY 9 SEPTEMBER 2009 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING,
200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
THE COURT WILL HEAR COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED TAX INCREASE FOR 2009.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND SAID HEARING AND
PRESENT THEIR CAUSE, IF ANY, FOR OR AGAINST THE TAX INCREASE FOR 2009.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make arrangements, call (979) 361-4102.

PUBLIC HEARING
SEPTEMBER 9, 2009
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing at the Brazos County Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
September 9, 2009, with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary on the
proposed tax increase for 2009.
No one from the public was present to offer commentary.
The County Judge therefore declared the Public Hearing closed.
