BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED-SESSION ON
FRIDAY 21 AUGUST 2009 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call To Order.
2. Presentation of the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2010.
3. Adjourn.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 21, 2009
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, August 21, 2009 with the following members of the
Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to present the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2010.
The proposed budget will be posted on the website this
afternoon and is filed with the County Clerk. He then
announced that Public Hearings would be held Wednesday,
September 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. to hear commentary on the
budget, at 10:00 a.m. to hear commentary on the proposed tax
rate, on September 14, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. to hear commentary on
the proposed tax rate.

Irene Jett, Budget officer announced that departmental
budget worksheets will be in the inter office boxes this
afternoon.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
