WORKSHOP SESSION
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A
WORKSHOP SESSION FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS REGARDING
THE 2009-2010 COUNTY BUDGET.
THE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON MONDAY 10`I AUGUST 2009
BEGINNING AT 1:30 P.M., CONVENING AT 9:00 A.M. EVERY DAY THEREAFTER
AND CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY 14 AUGUST 2009 AT 5:00 P.M. IN ROOM
339 OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
The County Administration Building is wheelchair accessible. • Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

WORKSHOP SESSION
August 10, 2009 - August 14, 2009
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in Room 339 of the County Administration
Building, 200 South Texas Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County,
Texas, beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2009 and
continuing through Friday, August 14, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk; Absent
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss and hear presentations from various County Departments
on the county budget for fiscal year 2010.
