BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
SATURDAY 27 JUNE 2009 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
SUITE 106, BRYAN, TEXAS.
I . Call To Order.
2. Review of applicants for the Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace position.
3. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.074 of the Texas Government Code to
discuss possible personnel action regarding the Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace position.
4. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
5. Adjourn.
The County Administration Building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spaces we available. Any request for sign

SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 27, 2009
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on
Saturday, June 28, 2009 with the following members of the
Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge opened the meeting at 9:00 a.m. and
noted the absence of a quorum and closed the meeting at 9:02
a.m.
