THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
MONDAY 1 JUNE 2009 AT 2:30 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE, SUITE
106, BRYAN, TEXAS.

2. Appointment by Judge Sims of a County Commissioner for Precinct 4.
3. Adjourn.

SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 1, 2009
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the County
Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2009 with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Deceased;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials
that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to appoint Irma Cauley as Commissioner Precinct 4 and
administer the oath of office to her. Commissioner Cauley will
fulfill the unexpired term of her late husband, Carey Cauley, Jr.
The term expires December 31, 2010.
There being no further business to come before the Court, the
meeting was adjourned.
