1. Call To Order_
?i il- Convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.087 of the Texas Goverrlxnent Code to
discuss economic development negotiations.
Consider and possible action on the Executive Session. 1-~ ~ Adjourn.
'The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made two business days ba£ore the meeting. To make arrangements, call (979) 361-4102.

SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 17, 2009
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday,
April 17, 2009 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct l;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order. At 9:01
a.m. he announced the meeting closed to the public so that the
Court could meet in Closed Executive Session to discuss
economic development negotiations as allowed under Section
551.087 of the Texas Government Code. He asked that the
following individuals stay for the closed session:

Mark Price Appraisal District

Patricia Meronoff entered the closed session at 9:22 a.m.
At 10:38 a.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open
to the public and announced that no action would be taken on
the Closed Executive Session.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
