COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 3, 2008
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in Commissioners Courtroom in the
County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2008 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The County Judge called the meeting to order at 2:24 p.m.
and then at 2:25 p.m. announced the meeting closed to the
public so that the Court could meet in Closed Executive
Session to discuss the purchase of real property as allowed
under Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code. The County
Judge asked David Watkins, Chris Peterson, Dennis Goehring,
Irene Jett and Candy Gallego to attend.
At 3:35 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open
to the public and announced that no action would be taken on
the executive session.

There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
