EXECUTIVE SESSION
AUGUST 19, 2008
An executive session of the Commissioners' Court of
Brazos County, Texas was held in Assembly Room 3 of the Brazos
Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
At 5:02 a.m. the County Judge announced the meeting closed to
the public so that the Court could meet in Closed Executive
Session to discuss pending litigation as allowed under Section
551.071 of the Texas Government Code. The County Judge asked
the following people to remain for the Executive Session:

Kay Magness

At 6:01 p.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open
to the public and announced that no action would be taken on
the Closed Executive Session.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
