NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN EMERGENCY SESSION ON
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2008 AT 6:30 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Approval of Emergency Purchase Order to Affiliated Communications for $70,000 for
telephone equipment destroyed by lightning.
2. Adjourn.

EMERGENCY MEETING
FEBRUARY 18, 2008
An emergency meeting of the Commissioners' Court of
Brazos County, Texas was held in the Brazos County
Commissioners Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, February 18,
2008 with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The Court considered an emergency purchase order to
Affiliated Communications for $70,000 for telephone equipment
destroyed by lightning. On motion by Commissioner Peters,
seconded by Commissioner Mallard, the Court voted unanimously
to approve the emergency purchase order to Affiliated
Communications for $70,000.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court meeting held
February 18, 2008 have been examined and are approved in open
Court this the CIO day of 2008, in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas.
