SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
MONDAY, DEMBER 31 2007 AT 1:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 E. 26" STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order.
Consider and take action on agenda item 2:
2. Appointment of a member to the Precinct 4 Emergency Services District Board; term of
appointment will be January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009.
3. Adjourn

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 31, 2007
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in room 108 in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Monday,
December, 2007 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct l;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to consider the appointment of an individual to
serve on the Precinct 4 Emergency Services District Board. On
motion by the County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Peters,
the Court voted unanimously to appoint Keith Cook to serve on
the Precinct 4 Emergency Services District Board for a term
beginning January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2009.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court meeting held
December 31, 2007 have been examined and are approved in open
Court this the day of 2008, in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas.
