COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
OCTOBER 9, 2007
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 with the following members of
the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met to hear a presentation by
Chase and Citibank on their financial education seminars and
Bank at Work Programs.
Tyler Wells, representative of Chase Bank gave an
overview of his bank's program designed to help employees
better manage their paychecks. Employee benefits include
exclusive financial offers not available to the general
public, group and one -on -one interaction with chase financial
specialist and education on key financial topics such as
identity theft, basic banking, mortgages, retirement and more.

Kristy Crim, representative of Citibank, introduced Clay
Riebe, Citibank President, Guy Yancey, Bryan /College
Station /Caldwell Retail Area Manager, Kathy Freeman- Opersteny,
Relationship Manager and gave a presentation on Bank at Work.
Citibank hopes to build a relationship with the employees
whereby they have ready access to information and resources
that will help enhance their personal financial management.
