Office of the County Judge • 300 East 2e St. • 101 Suite 114 • Bryan, Texas 77803 • Fax: (979) 361 -4503 COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 24, 2007 A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, and beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2007 with the following members of the Court present: Randy Sims, County Judge, Absent; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Presiding; Karen McQueen, County Clerk. The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. Commissioner Cauley called the meeting to order and then proceeded to consider budget amendments 06 -07 -46.1 through 06/07 -46.7 that would transfer funds from Contingency to Environmental Protection; and reallocate funds for the Elections Department, Juvenile Services, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, Law Library Fund, County Attorney. On motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner Mallard, the Court voted unanimously to approve the budget amendments. A copy is attached.
